Portage in Brodnica Dolna

The portage is located on the section of the Radunia river connecting Brodno Wielkie with Ostrzyckie Lake in the vicinity of a road bridge and a weir damming the Radunia in the town of Brodnica Dolna. The place includes elements facilitating water communication for kayaks and a portage nearby the weir gate on the Radunia River. The marina’s infrastructure consists of the following elements:

• two jetties on the upper and the lower section (on the left bank of the river),
• paths integrated into the existing terrain.

The portage takes place nearby of the existing pedestrian crossing. In order to increase safety, crossings were additionally road signed. The equipment of the marina enables launching, mooring and portage of kayaks.
