Assessor’s Bench in Kartuzy

The Assessor's Bench is a viewpoint located at Chmieleńska street in Kartuzy nearby Karczemne Lake. The name commemorates a Carthusian court assessor, Karl Pernin, who at the turn of the 19^th and 20^th centuries liked to sit there and admire the panorama of the city. A promenade leads to the view point and on the hillside is located an outdoor gym.
